Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every purchase made on mantlepage.com (the "Store"), operated by Azarexa LLC ("we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in the United States, which publishes under the name Mantlepage. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. What you are buying

We sell digital products: Bible study guides, companions, reading plans and prayers as PDF files, recordings as MP3 audio files, and, when offered, a video Bible study watched online on a private page, delivered by link. Nothing physical is shipped: no printed book and no Bible. Product pages describe what each file contains. Page images on the Store show the products; the files you receive may differ in minor details from one edition to the next.

2. Ordering and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and charged at checkout through Stripe; at checkout you may be offered to pay in your local currency. Every purchase is a single payment: there is no trial, no membership and no subscription. Your card is handled and kept by Stripe: we never see or store your card details. On orders from the United States Stripe keeps the card you paid with, and it is used again only if you choose to add the next offer shown after your purchase with one click. You must provide a valid email address: that is where the download link is sent. We may cancel and refund an order if we suspect fraud or misuse, or if a price was displayed in error.

If you buy from outside the United States, the sale is processed by Stripe as merchant of record: Stripe charges your payment method, adds and collects any VAT, GST or sales tax shown at checkout, issues the receipt and handles payment disputes. Azarexa LLC remains the publisher of the products and your contact for anything about them.

3. Delivery

After payment you receive an email with a download link, usually within minutes. Links are personal; download links expire after a period stated in the email, the link to a video study does not. Check your spam folder before writing.

Your library: every order email also carries the link to your library, a personal page that lists everything you bought from us. That link does not expire. If you lose it, get it again at mantlepage.com/library with the email you used at checkout, or email [email protected].

Updates: when we publish a new edition of a product you bought, the new file is in your library at no charge, for as long as we sell that product.

4. License

Each purchase gives one person a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the files on their own devices and to print them for their own use and their household. You may read from them aloud, quote short passages and share what you learn with your church, class or study group. You may not copy, share, resell, upload or redistribute the files or any substantial part of them, publish them, or use their text, design or recordings in any product, class material, publication or website offered to others. Anyone who wants their own copy can buy one on the Store. Where a video study says it may be watched with a group, that permission is part of the license of the person who bought it. Scripture quotations are from the King James Version, which is in the public domain in the United States. We may revoke access for breach.

5. Refunds

Every purchase comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee: if it is not for you, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and we refund you in full. No forms. After 7 days we refund duplicate orders, and files that are defective or not delivered when we cannot replace them within a reasonable time; this does not limit any right the law of your state or country gives you that cannot be excluded. When a product is refunded, its download links (or, for a video study, its page) stop working and your license to use it ends. See the Refund Policy.

6. A study guide

Our products are study aids for reading the Bible. They are not a substitute for the Bible, for your church or for your pastor, and they are not pastoral counseling or professional advice of any kind. Where Christians read a passage in more than one way, our products describe the readings without taking sides; dates, authors and historical details are given as tradition and standard references give them, and some are debated. See the Disclaimer.

7. Results

We wrote and checked our products with care. How much you get from them depends on your own reading, which we do not control, so results can vary. If a product is not for you, the 7-day guarantee above is your remedy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from the use of our products.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Store and in our products, including text, design, illustrations, recordings and the Mantlepage, Read-Ready and First-Reader Key names, belongs to Azarexa LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Quotations of the King James Version and other public domain texts are not claimed.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that state, unless the law of your state or country of residence requires otherwise.
